Condo & apartment cleaning

Choose the cleaning your unit needs, then plan the building details around it.

A condo or apartment does not need a mysterious separate cleaning scope just because it is in a multi-unit building. Choose Regular, Recurring, Deep, Move-In or Move-Out Cleaning for the unit, then make sure access, elevators, parking and building rules are accounted for.

Property context, not a separate mystery product.

The building changes the logistics. The cleaning type still describes the work you need.

Quick answer

Can RESI clean a condo or apartment?

Eligible condo and apartment customers can choose the residential cleaning type that fits their situation. The important extra step is making sure building access, parking, elevator and entry instructions work for the booked visit.

Building access

A great cleaning plan can still fail if the cleaner cannot get upstairs.

Entry method

Provide the working buzzer, code, key, fob or concierge instructions that apply to the visit.

Elevator rules

If your building requires an elevator reservation or has move/service time restrictions, arrange them before the cleaning window.

Parking & loading access

Share realistic visitor parking or loading information if the building makes access difficult.

Concierge & security

Tell RESI about sign-in, guest-list, ID or security procedures that could delay entry.

Do I need to be home?

What matters is that the agreed access method actually works.

Some customers may be present; others may arrange building or unit access. The practical rule is to follow the access method supported for the booking and your building's own requirements. If the building requires resident presence or a concierge handoff, plan for it.

Size & layout

A condo is not automatically a small or simple job.

Unit size, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, layout and other property/scope inputs can affect the booking and price. RESI should price the actual home rather than treating every condo or apartment as one fixed package.

Use the real unit details.

Share the home information requested in booking so the service and price can reflect the space you actually have.

How RESI pricing works

Surfaces & instructions

Building type does not justify guessing about specialty care.

Use booking notes for useful surface concerns or property instructions when supported. RESI should not promise specialty stone, wood, restoration or other treatment unless the service standards and supplies actually support that work.

Pets, parking & rules

The small logistics are often what make a condo visit run smoothly.

Pets

Share useful pet information and make sure the cleaner can enter and work safely.

Parking

If visitor parking is limited, provide the best legitimate access option available.

Building rules

Communicate service-hour, elevator, concierge or security rules before they become a day-of problem.

Why the RESI relationship matters

The cleaning and the building instructions belong in one booking.
