Why there is no fixed city price
Two homes in the same city can be different cleaning jobs.
A condo that needs routine upkeep and a larger home that needs a detailed reset should not be treated as the same job simply because both addresses are in the same municipality.

If RESI publishes representative examples, they will use the same current pricing rules and show what each example assumes.
